In 1968, Pasquale and Mary Ann Acciavatti founded P&M Contracting Company, which laid the foundation for Pamar Enterprises, Inc. P&M began as a clean-up company on construction sites, and focused on grading, seeding, fencing and pavement patching. In 1972, P&M Contracting Company was incorporated with Pamar Enterprises, Inc. After the incorporation, Pamar began to specialize in all areas of construction site work.

Since 1972, Pamar Enterprises, Inc. has expanded to become a merit shop underground utilities contractor. Pamar has worked on projects ranging from building and reconstructing major sewer and waterlines to road construction and new bridge work.
Pamar Enterprises, Inc. is currently a family owned company, and is affiliated with trusted and reputable organizations like the Michigan Infrastructure & Transportation Association (MITA), Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) and the Michigan Chamber of Commerce. Pamar is also pre-qualified by the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) as well as metropolitan area municipalities.
